Detective Agency is an arcade game developed by Far Mills Game Studios.
The character you control is James, a private investigator with a new job: to find out who has stolen a treasure map from a museum.
The first assignment that you have to accomplish, is to find some helpful tools from a list in order to help James in his investigation, in this list, you will find some funny objects like a crown. Besides that, you will find a very interesting tool, the pause button, which will be very helpful in case that you can´t find some objects you freeze the image and carefully look up.
Another handy thing, is the hint button and to have more you have to collect the hidden magnifying glasses as much as you can. In case that you use the hint, you will hear a very annoying sound which will make you notice that you found the missing object.
Thankfully the clock will not be ticking against you like in other games. Additionally, you will have access to a map, that will show you all the places that you have to go, in order to find more clues. Most of the time you will have to do some task, like fixing some radio, to get help from other characters, otherwise, no one will help you.
In some cases you will have to find items by its shape, anyway, the puzzles that you will have to solve are not really difficult.
The sound effects are very well done, the visuals are awesome, the designers have paid much attention to details.The sound effects are good.
In conclusion,I think this game is a good time waster, you will enjoy it provided you are not looking for hard challenges. |
